Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Final Chek (the “Service”) operated by Final Chek (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Final Chek is an AI-powered code audit platform. You upload a ZIP archive of your codebase, and the Service analyses it using proprietary large language models to produce a report of potential security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and best-practice violations. Reports are informational only and are not a guarantee that your code is free of issues.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using the Service, you represent that these conditions are met.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at hello@finalchek.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload code that you do not own or have the right to analyse.
• Use the Service to audit code containing personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI models.
• Resell or sub-license access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Payments and Credits

Galahad Technology Consulting LLC FZ processes transactions via Stripe as our payment service provider. By purchasing a plan you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Final Chek is operated by Galahad Technology Consulting LLC FZ.

• 3-Day Pass — a one-time purchase granting 5 audit credits, valid for 3 days from the date of purchase.
• Pro Monthly Plan — a monthly subscription granting 100 audit credits that reset each billing cycle. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next period or after cancellation.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code you upload. By uploading code, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your audit report.

The Service, its design, logo, and underlying technology are owned by Final Chek and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

Audit reports are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors, omissions, or false positives. You are solely responsible for evaluating the findings and any decisions you make based on them. Final Chek does not warrant that reports are complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINAL CHEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Final Chek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Final Chek is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
