Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing Final Chek. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds can be requested for purchases made through Stripe.
Final Chek is operated by Galahad Technology Consulting LLC FZ. Transactions are processed via Stripe as our payment service provider.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.
If your request is submitted within this 14-day period, we will review and process it in accordance with Stripe's buyer terms and applicable law.
2. Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settingsor through Stripe's customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the plan until then.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@finalchek.com with:
- Your account email address.
- Your Stripe transaction ID (found in your receipt email).
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
